Best equipment for the best results

Our manufacturing facility spans more than 3000 qm and is equipped with three 50 t cranes. We operate CAD workstations, milling machines with table sizes of up to 6 meters, EDM machines with 2-meter tanks, a spotting press with 400 tonnes of clamping force, laser welding equipment and much more. This setup enables us to implement your requirements professionally and precisely.

Precision Universal Milling Machine

Mecof CS500

The Mecof CS500 is our oldest universal milling machine, yet it remains exceptionally precise. With a generous table size of 6 x 1.5 meters and an impressive travel range of 4.5 meters in length, 1.2 meters in width and 1.8 meters in height, it is designed to handle a wide spectrum of tasks. The head swivels with indexed positioning in 1° increments.

The machine delivers 24 kW of spindle power and features an adaptable high-frequency spindle with speeds of up to 21,000 rpm. The table is rated for loads of up to 50 t. It is equipped with its own CAM workstation, a deep-hole drilling unit, and a second, separate HSC spindle with speeds of up to 80,000 rpm.

Versatile All-Rounder

Soraluce FL-6000

The Soraluce FL-6000 has been tailored to our specific requirements and is a highly versatile all-round machine. With a travel range of 6 meters in length, 2.3 meters in width and 1.5 meters in height, it is ideally suited for a wide range of applications. The machine supports a maximum table load of 50 t and delivers 42 kW spindle power.

Equipped with an indexable 5-axis head, it can reach virtually any angle. An adaptable high-frequency spindle with speeds of up to 21,000 rpm enables precise, efficient milling and drilling—right through to deep-hole drilling. The machine features its own CAM workstation, vibration damping (DAS), Accura Heads milling head precision software, damping shoes, high-pressure internal cooling (IKZ), a deep-hole drilling unit, and a separate HSC spindle with speeds of up to 80,000 rpm.

For Precision Machining Tasks

Trimill VFC 3021

The Trimill VFC 3021 is our newest simultaneous 5-axis milling machine, specifically designed for precision machining. It enables highly accurate processing of components measuring 3m x 2.1m x 1.4m, either in full 5-axis motion or in 3+2 fixed mode, with a maximum table load of 30 t.

Thanks to the grease-lubricated HSC spindle, modified drives and guideways, and further design enhancements, the machine provides an oil- and grease-free working area while delivering exceptionally precise results. The specially configured milling head also enables collision-free, efficient operation—even in hard-to-reach areas. With a maximum spindle speed of 18,000 rpm, this machine was developed specifically to meet the requirements of tool modifications and engineering changes in full.

The machine is equipped with its own CAM workstation, software for collision avoidance and surface optimisation, IKZ, a 5-axis KinematicsOpt module, a deep-hole drilling unit, and a separate HSC spindle capable of speeds up to 80,000 rpm.

Specialist for Medium-Scale Engineering Changes

Parpas Diamond

As a gantry machining centre, the Parpas Diamond is our specialist for medium-scale tool modifications and new-part production. With a generous working envelope of 2.5m x 1.5m x 0.9m and a simultaneous 5-axis milling head delivering spindle speeds of up to 22,000 rpm, it enables highly dynamic yet robust machining with excellent component accuracy. The asymmetric 5-axis milling head and the extended spindle geometry ensure collision-free machining—even on challenging contours. The machine is equipped with its own CAM workstation, a tool changer, a 5-axis KinematicsOpt module, a deep-hole drilling unit.

Dynamic Machining Centre

Depo Dynamic

Our Depo Dynamic is a dynamic machining centre with a rotary tilting table. It is primarily designed for manufacturing small parts. The rotary table has a diameter of 800 mm and enables 5-axis machining of loads up to 700 kg. The working area measures 1000 mm x 800 mm x 600 mm. This machine is equipped with its own CAM workstation, a tool changer, a 5-axis KinematicsOpt module and a second, separate HSC spindle—enabling particularly precise and efficient machining of ribs.

Our EDM Machine

Ingersoll OPS Gantry Eagle 1400 Plus

Our EDM machine, the Ingersoll OPS Gantry Eagle 1400 Plus, is an indispensable problem-solver when conventional manufacturing methods reach their limits. With a tank size of approx. 1500 mm x 2580 mm and a maximum fill height of 975 mm, even larger components can be processed with ease. Machine table load capacity: workpiece weight up to 20 t; electrode changer with up to 20 magazine positions. Thanks to the latest generator technology with integrated “Anti Arc Control System” and retraction with High Speed Jump, electrode wear is significantly reduced and process stability is improved.

Maximum Precision

Mitsubishi Wire EDM Machine

The Mitsubishi wire EDM machine plays a key role in achieving the final thousandths in manufacturing. With its precision and a generous table size of 1050 mm x 800 mm x 295 mm, we can produce sliders and other components to the exact tolerance required, whenever needed.

Machining Large Tools

MIL307 Millutensil Spotting Press

With our MIL307 Millutensil spotting press, we can spot tools up to 3500mm x 2500mm. The press delivers 400 t of pressing force, enabling efficient processing of large, demanding tools. Hydraulic power units and heating equipment are also part of the press setup.

Fine and precise material application

Alpha Laser

Our Alpha Laser laser welding systems enable fine, precise material build-up for mould modifications and mould repair. With a working radius of 3.5 meters and an output of 250 Watt and 600 Watt, we can apply material flexibly without unnecessarily affecting adjacent areas.
